I've booked an appointment for my wife and we received a confirmation via email shortly after. We went all the way there and she told us "Sorry, I didn't confirm the booking and the automated confirmation is not how it works" this is misleading and a waste of people's time.

I was so thankful to get an appointment on such short notice! Ilda listened to what kind of hairstyle I wanted and was careful to make sure I was happy with the length and other details as she worked. She paid such great attention to detail, and was so friendly. The salon not local to me, but I would definitely go back. Highly recommend. Thank you!

I am baffled by these good reviews. I went to this salon because they advertised 50%discount for new customers. I was told My haircut would cost 20.00. So I booked an appointment. When I arrived at my appointment time I was greeted by a man, I later learnt to be the owners husband. The owner is the only hairdresser I had to await an hour and 10 minutes. The hairdresser never acknowledged me or apologised for being so late. She spent a lot of time cutting my hair. I was so disappointed with the cut.
