Although I haven't been there when I phoned and explained that I was old, had thinning very short grey hair and all I needed was trim, I was told that they don't do this sort of thing!! I thought it was funny as they cut men's hair. Anyway have a brilliant haircut now so all is well

I went for a restyle with Alison yesterday and am so pleased with the result. She transformed my long lank fine hair into a beatifully cut, thick looking, bouncy bob. She was really lovely and knew exactly what would work. Totally recommended.
