Booked 1 hour hot stone massage which was not of satisfactory quality. Also, it started 10-12 minutes late despite of me being 10 minutes early there, but finished bang on time. The bed covers were plastic and got sticky as massage progressed and very uncomfortable to lay on. When I made a complaint and requested refund, management approach was "can't help you" which is absolutely inappropriate for a service business and technically illegal.

So far my laser hair removal experience at Medspa is amazing!! I have had 3 laser sessions so far but I am already seeing a huge impact and I am so grateful of the results! Sonia is my therapist and I very much recommend her to everyone. She is caring, nice and lovely. If you are considering to get a laser hair removal, please please choose Medspa. They use the most safest laser machine that's available and it really REALLY does NOT hurt. I am so excited for the rest of my sessions and my life has completely changed since the first session. I got the hydrafacial and cannot recommend this clinic enough. Sonia was also so friendly and amazing - she was gentle yet very thorough, and explained every process to me. I am also very pleased with the result as you can see immediate rejuvenation in my skin. Will definitely be back!

I had a Hydrafacial Classic with Flory two days ago. The whole experience was very pleasant, and Flory made me feel relaxed and welcome. She explained every step of the way, and made sure I was comfortable. At first I wasn't sure if the procedure made a difference, but today my boyfriend noticed and commented that my skin looks more even, so I will definitely be a returning customer. :)
