If you are a student please avoid cobblestone estates. They scammed me and my friends out of £1,000. They refused to give us back our deposits when we decided we no longer wanted to work with them. Our estate agent left the company right after the signing of our contracts and the paying our deposits which amounted to £1,000. We did not know he had left and for 3 months we could not get through to him or anyone. After going to the office the manager Joe showed no empathy and refused to give us back our deposits. He also told me he was putting me on loud speaker so all of his colleagues could hear

Andy and Joey at Cobblestones Gillingham have been absolutely crucial to the completion of a very difficult sale. I came to Cobblestones in November of last year looking to sell my flat that I had purchased with an ex partner. Great estate agent, at the beginning I was a tad apprehensive about using them as I had not heard of them before, but Joey was brilliant on viewings - very personable and demonstrated his ability to match us successfully to properties.
