I messaged Lemon Locksmith through the checkatrade website and he pretty much responded within half an hour. My front door was stuck in the locked position and after many years had worn so that it could not be opened by the keys. I asked them to come and remove the lock and replace with a more secure version. He quoted me a price and a time to come and stuck to both and when he arrive he was friendly, efficient, explained and showed me the replacement lock and the work completed is impeccable. I am always dubious about looking for tradesmen online but he has gone a long way to changing that opinion

I used Andy as he was the first locksmith I phoned that actually answered the phone. Always helps! He was very professional and helpful on the phone and came to fix my door the same day. There was a problem with the mechanism which he sorted. He stuck to the price we agreed despite the job taking longer and requiring different parts than he anticipated. Recommended.
