I was very happy with the service received from the Locksmith. He discussed my problem initially over the telephone, explained clearly what work would be required and the potential cost to ensure that I was happy to proceed. He called out to complete the job at short notice on the same day as our telephone discussion at the agreed time and also carried out a small additional task I asked about when the initial job was completed. I would recommend the Locksmith as reliable and trustworthy for any future work.

I recently contacted Steve regarding problems with a window lock and a UPVC door repair. He answered my call, knew what the issue was and agreed to come out to fix it. On the day, he arrived on time, worked efficiently and was quick to repair both issues. He was very professional, friendly and completed the job for a good price.
I would definitely contact him again and would highly recommend his services.

No one likes hiring a locksmith when they have done the dumb key loss with no spares!!
However, Stephen is the man for the job should you be in this frustrating situation.
Trustworthy, prompt and professional. Job done smoothly, stress over! Thanks again Stephen

I contacted Steve regarding an issue with my tilt slide patio door, he gave me a price over the phone & came out the same day. Fabulous service & would highly recommend as most people give tilt slide doors a wide berth when it comes to carrying out repairs.
