Steve was very punctual in attending to the lock on our front door which was becoming difficult to lock and unlock.

He provided an excellent service, dismantling and servicing the multipoint lock mechanism and adjusting the striker plates on the door frame to prevent any further difficulties with the lock. He also explained what would be involved to replace the lock mechanism when the need arises.

Overall, Steve provided a great service and Id have no hesitation in calling back for any future works on our door locks.
