I love this hotel. We stayed on the ground floor the room was lovely. We didn't eat here so I don't know what the food is like. Certainly would stay again.

Lovely reception, staff were very helpful. Didnt mind us changing rooms to get a better view of the garden and booked all our taxis for us. The barman was a true gentleman as he had limited amount of ice but still gave us some to take back to our room. The garden and vineyard is very charming and looked after very well. The hotel is located between two of my favourite places, Bradford on Avon and The Longs Arms in South Wraxall so ill be more than happy to stay again

Went for a Christmas party, food was ok, nothing special. Bar staff struggled with simple orders and drinks came with inappropriate glasses. Pint glass for an appletizer etc. dont think I would go there again,

Lovely historic hotel, peaceful, and nice views of the Wiltshire countryside. Free parking was a bonus. Would stay here again. Staff were lovely. Had a problem when I first checked in with the room but they quickly rectified and went beyond to make my stay special thank you
