Check-in is from 3pm to 8pm daily, with early/late options available on request. Check-out is at 11am, with late check-out possible if arranged in advance.
Does the hotel accommodate children or pets?
We do not accommodate children under 12 or pets. Our focus is on providing a tranquil environment for adult guests seeking a refined stay.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 72 hours before arrival incur no charge. Cancellations within 72 hours result in a 50% fee, while same-day cancellations are charged 100% of the stay.
Are parking permits available?
Street parking is available with pay-and-display options. Limited parking permits can be requested in advance by contacting reception for stays in the area.
Can I book the entire property for a group?
Whole-house bookings are not permitted. For large groups, our reception will contact you to discuss terms and conditions for multiple room reservations.

Stayed here for our wedding anniversary and this place is perfect. The rooms are lush, the lounge is cosy and the staff are delightful! We stayed in room 7 and couldn't have asked for more, I'm 6ft 4 and easily fit in the bed, bath and shower which is truly a miracle. Clean room, my wife felt safe enough to be left alone whilst I went shopping and a great breakfast. We will be back and recommending to all our friends

We stayed in room 12 - was such a comfy and practical room. Nice lounge with a lovely view over Clifton, lovely giant comfy bed, gorgeous bathroom. Breakfast was quick and plentiful. Short walk to restaurants and town! Would really recommend!

Brilliant hotel. Had a great welcome from staff, and everything was explained. The lounge was so nicely decorated and cosy. Our bedroom was down 2 flights of stairs which was ok for us but not if you were not as able-bodied. Bedroom wasn't huge but very nice. Had everything you could need. Lovely decor and spotlessly clean. Lots of nice touches. The mini bar was excellent value and there was fresh milk in the fridge. A huge television and the room was toasty and warm but had a huge fan on the ceiling if you needed it and the windows did open for fresh air. Our room had a great view (no 9) and

Nicely appointed rooms with comp tea/coffee/water. Minibar, good beds, big pillows, excellent breakfast choice. Friendly reception and service. No lift and steep stairs but receptionist helped me with my wheelie bag down the two floors to my room 9. Outside breakfast time, common spaces convert to cosy sitting rooms. Restricted parking but possible to request visitors permit in advance.
