Great value for your money, very conveniently located near Cabot Circus, offers free parking like no other city hotels, free bottles of water, robe and slippers and an extra large comfortable bed. Our room had a view to the mall entrance. Excellent!

I lived in Bristol until 2 years ago so I knew the location of the hotel but I have never been in. Huge room immense bed. Staff very professional. I would give more stars but I am only allowed 5.

The staff are brilliant, really friendly and helpful. The food is great and cocktails are good too. Rooms are clean, but they need updating.. carpet was the worst thing.

Friendly and helpful staff, nice quiet room, had a good night's sleep. Only complaint was a dripping toilet, but just closed the bathroom door. The free parking is via an arrangement with the Cabot Circus carpark next door; you leave your car there and get your ticket stamped at hotel reception when you check out.

A comfortable stay in a very clean room. Very helpful and polite staff on the desk. Free parking in Cabot Circus Car Park (well lit and secure) just next door. This is an ideal location for Christmas shopping in the city centre.

We were visiting Bristol for the day so we didnt have a room here, just had breakfast. Found the staff very friendly and attentive. The price was 14 per person, which was a little steep in my opinion but to be expected since it was the city centre. The food was nice, just found the sausages to be of poor quality; tasted cheap. I loved the scrambled egg, that was creamy. Coffee was good as well the latte tasted nice. Will look to possibly stay here in the future.

On arrival Arnold was very professional and polite. It was our first visit and he explained everything to us. Room was very clean and water in the room. Tea/coffee available. With biscuits parking is free in Cabots . The hotel is perfectly located for city centre dining and shopping. Xmas market was just being set up. Breakfast was good great choice. Will be back.
