They had me under offer in a week. My property was on the market with 2 agents for 3 months and I didnt have any offers. Simmons sent me a letter and said they could sell it, so I called and had David over. After my notice with the other agents expired, they had 2 offers on my house within 3 days. So happy and I moved out shortly after
