I mean, they got us moved in. I'm sure most of the staff are typically capable at doing their jobs but the letters and emails that we received were absolute graft to read... the punctuation was terrible, most sentences just didn't make sense so it was hard to work out what was actually being asked of us... then, after enquiring through email, it took days to get a response and most of the time the lady assigned to our case was on annual leave. All in all, a stressful house move and I wouldn't recommend.

After my mam and sister used Kim from the Durham office to buy their homes, myself and my partner got in touch when we were looking to buy our first home. We put our offer in at the start of March, pre lockdown thankfully but had no idea the setbacks and delays that would cause us. Absolutely disgraceful service infact no service given no call backs no replays, delays, pathetic in every way no support what so ever ... lead in the wrong directions every time , they lost my bank statements and important paper notes, a year of anxiety and stress caused by this firm , passed to 3 different staff do not use for anything to do with domestic abuse and violence in divorce circumstances
