A terrible law firm - I would definitely not recommend them. Their staff are not detail oriented (which you need in a solicitor) or conscientious and get basic details wrong on a regular basis. Do not expect a successful legal outcome or a good, professional service. My case was dealt with by Lynne McGonnell, a senior solicitor, who clearly didn't take notes during our 40 minute initial consultation and subsequently approached the wrong landlord (despite me giving the correct company name multiple times and their full contact details). It later transpired that she had been joking around with
