Made a Telephone appointment due to the Covid restrictions and the Solicitor was 50 mins late. Rescheduled for a week later and he did not even bother to call. No professional at all.

Would not recommend them, they never get back to you, after several weeks/months . Even when youve requested a letter to be sent out,,the file is still sitting on someones desk. Sick to death off chasing this now, changing solicitors. Need I say more.

I asked a simple question "do you have document X", they said yes, then rang me back 5 min later to confirm yes. I later found, after they looked properly they didn't have it. This may sound trivial but that document could mean the difference between me selling my house or not.
Incompetent.

We don't just take people off the streets and that may mean the homeless and we insist on 75% of our fee up front before we do any work. So long were they in responding to our file, that we thought they had lost interest
