In my experience with JBS I always had a great amount of support and responsiveness by anyone I spoke with. But I want to elevate the attention and Taylored care that was provided to us by the letting agent Angeliki. Specially during a difficult time with tight deadlines to move out of the premises, but Angeliki always provided support and adapted the moving process to our particular needs, for that, and for all the support of Jack Stephens and all the staff involved in JBS, thank you Very much.

They recently starting managing my tenancy; since then I've had a broken washing machine and a leak from the flat above - very stressful. JBS - particularly Angeliki - very professional, quick to respond and always apologetic. If ever there is pushback from building owner, Angeliki supports me by both listening and acts as great negotiator; often apologising for situation despite not being directly responsible. Highly recommended.

I have been very impressed by Jack & his team. Their service has been efficient and easy, with good communication and updates throughout. I have great confidence in letting my property with JBS and am reassured that everything is in safe hands. The setup process was quick and painless, with little input required from me and superb management from Jack. After doing my research, I've given JBS lettings to let and managed my house. JBS was also recommended to me by a couple of friends who are also their happy clients. Their fees are reasonable compared to other agents in Bristol,. I'm very pleased with their professional approach and response time. I'm also impressed with the care they took to do the inventory and their reports which follows their visits. I would truly recommend JBS to anyone looking to rent or anyone who's wanting a managing agent.
