We spent the past week here with family of 5 - what a fantastic place! Christine and family couldn't have been any more welcoming and helpful during our stay. The cottage has everything anybody could want during a holiday and is situated in a rural & peaceful setting with easy access to Topsham, Exmouth and Exeter. Would highly recommend Kiddicott Farm for anyone wishing to visit the area.

We've just stayed 5 days at Kiddicott and had an amazing time. The accommodation was spotless/ perfect and we were well situated in the countryside with loads of space for our kids to play safely. Christine is a very friendly host and made us feel welcome and helped us out quickly when we needed it. Great beaches nearby too at Exmouth and Budleigh Salterton. We'll definitely go back next year.

What a find! We stayed at Kiddicott as a family - the kids loved the outdoor space and the accommodation was amazing. The farm is also perfectly suited for plenty of local activities, beautiful beaches etc. Malcom & Christine are the perfect hosts....thank you for a memorable stay.

Beautiful stay , the cottages were lovely and well decorated, I can honestly say I have never had such a good night's sleep the beds were incredibly comfortable. Many thanks to Malcolm and Christine for being such great hosts .

A beautiful stay! We had a quick two-night stay with the extended family in Christines new cottage at the farm and had the most wonderful time. The facilities at the house are excellent and the fully equipped ensuite rooms mean we all had our own personal space too. My daughter loved the company of the chickens outside, as well as the two friendly dogs Milo and Jake. Conveniently located off the M5, the farm is also within minutes to a large Tesco and some local farm shops too. Wed love to be back for another staycation soon!
