As an existing customer, you can apply for a top-up loan if you have been repaying your current Bamboo loan on time for at least 6 months. We will let you know once you become eligible to apply for a top-up loan via email and SMS. However, before you apply for a top-up loan, it is best that you stop and think if this is the best option for you as this might increase your indebtedness.

A Bamboo top-up loan is for existing Bamboo customers who would like to borrow some more money. If you are accepted, we will close your current loan and open a new loan for the extra cash and the amount needed to close the old loan. To make things simple, you will continue to have just one repayment with us every month.
Repeat loans

A Bamboo repeat loan is for an existing customer who has finished paying off their first loan with us. It is done by taking out a new loan application and is processed just like any other loan. You decide how much you want to borrow, go through the application process and - if you're approved - get the money in your account.
