My treatment by the hygienist and dentist (Liz and Sally) have always been excellent. They both make me feel relaxed even when Im not. The receptionists are so helpful too. Kudos to everyone for the way theyve handled the pandemic as well. Love the newsletter too and always learn something from it.

Extremely unhelpful. The worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. I was charged £40 for a 5 minute examination with no recommendations or a level of customer care. Each time I am told the cosmetic work I would like done can be discussed at my ‘next appointment’. I would not recommend this practise if you are seeking cosmetic work.

I went for a routine check up on Tuesday and I was very impressed with their organisation and cleanliness. The social distancing measures and hygiene measures that were put in place were of a very high standard. I felt relaxed and safe whilst in there. The staff are friendly and helpful and the dentist is thorough. I would highly recommend.
