I'd been trying to get our machine repaired for 3 weeks and couldn't get anyone to return calls or come out, but First Serve were so easy to book online for next day call out. Abdul was so professional, came on time and put a quick repair of the machine while we waited for parts. He checked in a few days later to make sure everything was running well, which was really nice. They are great value for money too, I always have the fear calling repair companies they will charge a fortune, but they were so reasonable. I would definitely recommend them!

Ismael is amazing! Called last night he came to our flat first thing this morning. Really went above and beyond to sort out our new washer dryer and related plumbing issues.
