I started as a apprentice working for the Electricity Board back in 1977 they trained me on all types of Appliances and sent me to collage where I obtained City & Guilds certificates in appliance Servicing. When qualified, I continued to work for Electricity Board until 1986 when I went to work for Hotpoint Ltd. as a service Engineer.
Because of my experience I soon rose up the ranks and became one of their senior engineers. In 2001 they moved their operations down to Kent and commuted down to Sittingbourne But as I did not enjoy the traveling I decided to set up on my own. You can us trust to repair your appliance as quickly and cheaply as possible, without any compromise on the quality of service or workmanship.

This could be due to a blocked pump or filter. Try draining or removing the water from the appliance and then opening the pump cover. On washing machines this normally the petrol cap style filter at the base of the appliance. This needs to be unscrewed anti-clockwise to access the pump and filter. If this is stiff do not force it as it will break and require replacement of the pump unit.
