Immigration Law
Report
Over the last two decades successive governments have bought in a huge mass of new laws, rules, extra-statutory concessions and guides to address the needs of our changing society and population. Immigration policies have often changed with the direction of the prevailing political wind. Today immigration law is one of the most complex and convoluted areas of law demanding expert guidance.
Wills & Probate
Report
We can assist you whether you are an Executor, beneficiary or other party with an interest in the Estate of a person who has passed away. We can assist you in administering the Estate of a relative. Probate is the generic term for Estate administration, but in fact it means obtaining a Grant of Probate and administering the Estate where the deceased left a Will.
Employment Law
Report
As an employee you have many rights that are protected under law, but if you feel that your employer is not respecting those rights, we can help you take action in order to ensure that you are treated fairly and to secure compensation for you where this is appropriate. We have extensive experience in representing employees at Employment Tribunals.
Family Law
Report
Desertion for at least two years - desertion takes place when one partner leaves the other without their knowledge or agreement. A divorce petition must be filed with the Court by you or your partner. Whoever does this is known as the Petitioner, with the other party referred to as the Respondent.
Power of Attorney
Report
We can assist you with preparation of a Power Of Attorney whether you wish authorise an Attorney to conduct a transaction on your behalf such as the sale or transfer of a property or whether you wish to appoint an Attorney in the event of you no longer having the mental capacity to make decisions for yourself.
