Karen made the process of selling our house the most straight-forward, stress-free experience we've ever had with a property transaction. If your nervous or have had a previously poor experience regarding your home sale/purchase then please look no further than Blandy & Blandy. Especially if you specifically use Karen Pratt. We have recently sold our home and purchased another. There were 4 in the chain including us and to say we had a few challenges with the chain would be fair. Karen however was simply outstanding. From the initial quote to the final completion she regularly called us directly to update us. Manisha was brilliant. Great communicative throughout and always friendly. I was completing a purchase at a similar time to several friends and I believe I was the only one who could reliably get hold of their solicitor and recieve reply's to emails in a reasonable turn around time. Following completion of house I had to issue various notices. Pippa was again extremely helpful and managed to complete the work in less time than original quote. Would strongly recommend.
