We have provided 'starting from' costs for each type of transaction because the actual fee will depend on the type of property (house or flat) and complexity of your particular matter (leasehold, shared-ownership etc). The fee that we quote is fixed with no hidden charges and we will work for you on a 'no move - no fee' basis.
