Kim manages a property we let in Horsham,. She has been with us from the start and we wouldnt go anywhere else. She manages the property and the tennants with ease and proffessionalism. Honest, hard working, would highly reccomend.

Address were our letting agents for 2 years. The service provided was second to none. Whenever there was a problem with the rental Kim was on to it strait away and had a range of contractors avaible to fix the problems at a very reasonable cost. We could not fault the service. Address also sold the property at the end rental. The sale of the property was far from straight forward and kim went the extra mile to find solutions to the issues that arose and was always at the end of the phone when you required her. There was never any delay in returning calls. I would highly recommend Address estates

Where do I start... I cannot rate Kim at Address highly enough. We weren't even buying or selling a property through address, they were the acting Agent to the vendors of the property we were buying (basically their onward purchase) ... without Kim's help I would have been clueless as to the progress of the chain .. Kim went over and above to keep me in the loop on a weekly basis to get the chain finalised before the March 2021 deadline. Even on Exchange day (Friday 5th March 2021) it was Kim that called me to congratulate us on Exchanging .. Not my Agent !!! ... My Agent didn't seem to have a
