Owned by Bollinger and house Champagne in Gordon Ramsay restaurants, this really is great value. Proper grown up Champagne. On the palate, it is well balanced and shows great finesse and complexity.

It's impossible to think about Italy without thinking about food - Pasta Bolognese, Neopolitan pizza, Mozzarella di Bufala, Roma tomatoes, risotto Milanese, steak alla fiorentina, Sicilian arancini. Like its food, Italy is intensely regional, and the same goes for its wine. It's the identity of Italy's various regions that make a Sicilian and a Tuscan wine so completely different.
