electrolysis was so bad and wasting money and time, they charge by time like 15 minutes then other lady comes to talk to the one who do your face , trying to take advantage they think that the patents are dum , such scammers.

I had massage with therapist Adriana, she was amazing, she is so knowledgeable about what she is doing and I feel great! Recommending her massages to all my friends and family. I have had massages before but hers is tops! I also get laser done and the girls are so friendly. Recommend Colaz Slough definitely.

The clinic is very clean and tidy when I entered and the staff are very friendly. I had dermaplanning done and Jessica did a fantastic job my skin felt really fresh and she informed me about products that would be best for after care and continual skin care usage. Highly recommend clinic.

Booked a set of facials in 2016. had a brilliant experience so booked another 6. I fell pregnant and advised i would not be able to attend sessions after i had given birth in 2018. called back this year to access remaining sessions and i was told they were expired. the lady mentioned i had signed a specific form. I have never signed a form. The senior manager was not accessible for me to speak to, the lady advised she is 'busy and left work'. Unprofessional mannerism in dealing with customers. Instead of trying to find a work around they were happy to loose a customer. disappointed.

I have been using their services for last 4 years. But my last two visits were exceptional I was served by therapist Rossie. Nothing is too much for her !! She definitely delivers perfection with passion . There used to be another Brazilian therapist Naomi who was absolutely a gem too. I wish they could hire more staff like them who are polite and patient with clients . Thank you Rossie for treating me like an individual.

The worst customer service experience bar none. Laughably bad. And at best average treatments. If you like not being able to book for weeks, having appointments cancelled regularly, being spoken down to, (do you want me to go on) go to this place. If not, go somewhere else. I strongly urge you to do elsewhere.
