What are your current operating hours?
We're open Tuesday 9am-8pm, Wednesday & Thursday 10am-8pm, Friday & Saturday 9am-8pm, and Sunday 10am-4pm. We're closed on Mondays.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, cash payments, and have gift vouchers available for purchase in-store or online.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes, we provide gift vouchers with no expiry date (except raffle prizes) that can be used for treatments or products.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Less than 24 hours' notice incurs a 50% cancellation fee to help maintain our small business operations.
Are there age restrictions for treatments?
Clients under 16 require parental accompaniment. We don't perform Brazilian/Hollywood waxing for clients under 18 years old.
How do patch tests work for tinting?
Patch tests are required every 6 months for tinting services. We also need 2 weeks' gap after vaccinations before performing any tinting treatments.

Front of house was disorganised and unprofessional when I booked in - not a good start. Then got a call 20 minutes before treatment saying the beauty therapist was ill. By this point Id organised childcare and was already waiting opposite the salon. Wont be going back.
