Do you require a patch test for color services?
Yes, new clients or those not seen in six months need a 48-hour patch test. Free at-home kits available via email request.
Are children allowed in the salon?
Children under 13 welcome for Kids Curl Cut bookings with a parent. VIP studio recommended for non-booking parents to avoid disturbances.
What is your cancellation policy?
50% deposit required; non-refundable but transferable to rescheduled appointments. Contact us for unavoidable changes.
Do products contain silicones or sulfates?
No. All products are free from silicones, harsh sulfates, phthalates, mineral oil, artificial colours, and parabens.

Great staff - very friendly and knowledgeable. Took my 4 year daughter to get her hair cut, she had a great time. They were very patient with her and made her feel like a princess.

Love Trepadora products. After 30 years of searching, these are the best products for curly hair. Can even use them on dry hair which saves me so much time. Yes, they're more expensive but worth every penny.

The peacefulness and beautiful environment. Wonderful folk from the minute walking through the door - Mimi is a great ambassador. One on one 100% attention and explaination on what was being done - Polina just… amazing through my session and her knowledge too notch.

For years I have struggled with my curls and have never found a routine I am comfortable with but I have just got back from my visit to Trepadora and I could not recommend them more! Kasia did my hair and she was wonderful, she made sure to explain every step as she was doing it and made me feel super comfortable throughout. I left with the best hair I have ever had and I cant wait for my next appointment!
