I had an amazing deep tissue massage this morning. I am always hesitant to book massages as I often have really tight knots that need quite a lot of pressure to work out, and I've been many places that just spend the hour rubbing your back. My massage at Number 7 however was incredible! I was asked what areas needed particular work, and it was like she knew exactly what every muscle felt like. I'm glad she wasn't afraid to apply the pressure you need in order to get into the deep tissues . I could physically feel the release in each muscle as she went. I will definitely be back again!
