Always have the most wonderful experience at this salon Prasa is not only a genuine lovely human being but takes the time to really understand your desired outcome whether its a simple hair cut or complete colour transformation. The other day I went in for highlights and she did exactly what I asked for in terms of brief but once I went home, I was in two minds and didnt think the colour complimented my face, I called the next day and she happily welcomed me back and toned down the colour free of charge- Im soooo happy with the outcome! Had a Hollywood wax booked with another beautician saira but she was busy when I arrived so I said I didnt mind Mira doing it for me. I dont like complaining but when doing the waxing the skin was not held taught enough in some places and therefore the wax didnt come off swiftly and it pulled at the skin which was a bit painful and when I got home and used the loo there was a tiny bit of blood so the skin had been torn and also have some small patches of hair left in some areas which Ive had to shave, also had a bit of what looked like a rash as Im quite sensitive but has calmed

I had the most wonderful experience at Sunbury X hair. I had a wash, cut and blow dry done by the lovely Prasa and the job couldn't have been better. My hair was in a horrible state after wearing extensions for years, but she cut it so its short, thick and bouncy. Will be coming here again in the future. My hair has never been healthier and I love the new short look xx
