We are based in Newton Mearns in the southside of Glasgow and offer 1 to 1 Personal Training, 1 to 1 Pilates, Small Group Pilates Classes, TRX Suspension Training, Power Plate Training and Weight Management. Sessions and classes are taught online worldwide, plus home visits can be arranged for local clients.

Vital for our many clients in their 60s, 70s and 80s but we are seeing it more with younger clients now who spend their working life sitting in front of a computer, on a phone or tablet while commuting and in front of TV at home. Slouching, aching lower back, neck and shoulders are becoming the norm.

His aim is always to increase your fitness and whether that's helping you return to exercise after injury/illness, reduce stiffness and increase freedom of movement, lose weight or improve your sports performance, the goal is always to maximise results. He uses his skills to adapt your training in every session to not just offer variety but also react to your current energy and fitness levels.

Pilates Classes

Classes & 1-1 sessions are taught online. They're fully interactive, live classes with your instructor always watching to ensure good technique. The Pilates method of exercise is now a household name and still as popular and effective today as it was when first introduced by Joseph Pilates in the early 20th century.
