Services
Osteopathy
Our osteopathy service addresses musculoskeletal issues through manual techniques and evidence-based approaches. Qualified practitioners treat conditions like back pain, joint problems, and postural issues using non-invasive methods. Patients benefit from personalised treatment plans that may include exercise recommendations and lifestyle advice.
Podiatry
Specialist podiatry services address foot and lower limb conditions including ingrown toenails, verrucas, and biomechanical issues. Our podiatrists provide both routine care and advanced treatments like SWIFT microwave therapy. Treatment plans often incorporate gait analysis and footwear advice for comprehensive foot health.
Shockwave Therapy
This advanced treatment uses acoustic waves to stimulate healing in chronic musculoskeletal conditions. It effectively treats plantar fasciitis, tennis elbow, and calcific tendinitis with minimal discomfort. Sessions typically last 15-20 minutes with most patients requiring 3-5 treatments for optimal results.
Physiotherapy
Our physiotherapy service combines manual therapy with exercise programmes to restore mobility and function. Specialised treatments address sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and chronic pain management. Therapists work closely with patients to develop individualised recovery plans with measurable progress markers.
SWIFT Verruca Treatment
This innovative microwave therapy targets verrucas with precision energy delivery. The quick, minimally painful treatment stimulates the body's immune response to eliminate viral infections. Most patients achieve resolution within 4-6 sessions with no post-treatment care required.

I have recently been receiving Osteopathy treatment from Yulia at The Theale Wellbeing Centre as I have had ongoing back, shoulder and neck problems for the last 4 years. I have tried other treatments from chiropractors and massage therapists at other places in the past and although there was an improvement initially, it never really got to a stable point where it was manageable. Then in desperation I found the Theale Wellbeing Centre and after enquiring about treatment, it was suggested that Yulia treat me with Osteopathy. It has been the best advice. Yulia has quite literally changed my life

Podiatrist - Edd Henstridge
I can't thank Edd enough for my recent visit to the Wellbeing Centre. Prior to my appointment with Edd, I had spent 5 weeks in agony with a swollen right foot unable to walk properly. I had visited the hospital on 2 separate occasions for X-rays and treatment, but was still no further on and feeling very disheartened. Within 30 minutes of visiting Edd he had diagnosed the problem and issued me with a full treatment plan. Within 24 hours of following Edd's advice I was pain free and the majority of the swelling had gone down.
4 weeks on from my appointment I'm now

I recently visited The Theale Wellbeing Centre to receive treatment for an existing whiplash injury. I suffer from Cervical spodylosis and at times require treatment to free up and release the vertebrae thus preventing excruciating pain. I met with Abbi who was very professional and knowledgeable, offering me advice on exercises and posture techniques. Post treatment, my headaches had ceased and less pain experienced in movement of my neck. Fully recommended

I had a great first session with Micheal today. Very knowledgable and put me at ease straight away. I have a long existing neck complaint and left with more movement than I have had for years. Micheal explained it may take a few sessions but I am very pleased with my initial result. Thank you . Claire on reception was also very kind and helpful and I received an email with comprehensive exercises in video format for me to follow. Excellent aftercare.
