Working with independent farmers and abattoirs means we pay a fair price to the farmer, cutting out the middle-men, and we are able to get it produced to our exact specification.

Pork is something we spend a great deal of time and energy sourcing at Great British Meat Company, to make sure we get the best quality hogs and pigs from local farmers markets and suppliers who produce superb, higher marbled welfare-friendly pork with provenance. From time-to-time we also purchase rare breed pigs directly from award winning local farms in County Durham and Northumberland.
