Our person-centred approach prioritises dignity, compassion, and individuality, with staff trained to deliver tailored support for older adults and individuals with physical or learning disabilities, including autism. We invest in staff development, paying above the Real Living Wage, and maintain luxurious facilities featuring ensuite wet rooms, communal gardens, and chef-prepared meals catering to all dietary needs. Our commitment to transparency ensures clear fee structures and guidance on financial support options, while our community engagement fosters meaningful connections for residents. Newly launched home care services deliver personalised support in clients' own homes across Norwich. Our trained professionals assist with personal care, medication management, domestic tasks, and companionship.
