Barely anyone there can answer a phone and successfully communicate what needs to happen next aside from when the front desk person works during weekday hours. Do not look away for more than a few days as neglect is bound to happen and they will do everything to ignore you or even get in the defendive rather than act professionally and be accountable when you question it.
engaging with the residents is no more than five minutes about food or medication is it. Barely any activities aside from coffee mornings to engage people. It's best for people who don't want to socialise or use theirs minds
