What to Expect

A complete case history will be taken by your osteopath. Questions will be asked about your symptoms, lifestyle, past and present health, medications (please bring a list if necessary) and any previous accidents even if you feel they are not related. You may be asked to remove some items of outer clothing on examination so please wear something you are comfortable in and bring sports shorts if you prefer.

Osteo massage is a therapy that combines osteopathic technique and expertise with soft tissue massage creating a more relaxing and therapeutic treatment. At the beginning of the appointment your Osteopath will discuss your requirements and provide an individual treatment based on whatever you feel needs attention.
