Rude!!, after calling up, making an offer at the asking price on an unseen property and then being told they will discuss it - rather than putting it forward to the seller. Told they would get back to me and haven't. Really shocked and disappointed.

After a recent change of circumstances i decided to relocate, Jody and the team at Bothams quickly and efficiently helped with my tenancy and fasted tracked the whole process, Jody's communication throughout the whole process was clear precise and professional, i can't thank her enough. Shani helped complete the process when i visited the Chesterfield branch to sign the tenancy, she also delivered a high level of professionalism. Overall my experience using Bothams was relatively stress free, as far as moving house can be, and would recommend there services to all.

I've recently moved out of a property I rented from Bothams. I was there for 12 and a half years. In that time, Sarah and the team were very helpful whenever I had an issue, or a question about something. I wouldn't hesitate to rent from Sarah again, should I ever need to.

I asked to view a property, I was given a starting time and opted for the first appointment that was offered, 2:15. I was then told that appointment wasnt available and offered 2:30, I replied after a little while as I was busy at work and was then told that appointment wasnt available either. If someone asks for an appointment at 2:15 and that isnt available but 2:30 is dont you think common sense could have prevailed here??
