Overall I have been pleased with the staff at bycroft.. Professional.. Polite.. Until it came to given the deposit money back.. Excuses.. Stalling.. The latest.. the Lady dealing with the deposit (and it has been agreed the amount to return) is off today.. And its the Easter Bank hoilday tomorrow... So they can keep my deposit for another four days.. And no doubt when I call Next Tuesday. I will receive another excuse.. Shame..
