I ordered Dr Bronner's soap costing over 101 on 27th Dec and received a confirmation of the order saying it will be shipped within 2-7days. It also said an email would be sent when the goods were shipped which I never received. On Jan 14th after calling several times with no reply I sent them an email saying the goods still had not arrived. On 17th a reply of sorry we'll send you a refund. No question as to tracking number etc. How often does one shrug off so easily a 101 loss? I replied saying I would prefer the product than the refund and their reply was we are out of stock. After i read that Essential London ships to Greece, i made an order for 85 pounds on 18thOctober. Two weeks later i send an email asking about my order, and i got a reply that they can't ship to Greece and that they are looking to find a way to send the order. Since then, i have no news about my order. Few days ago i asked them for a refund and they didn't reply. I also send a second email ask for a refund... thay didn't reply.

Got my Moderna vaccine here. Super clean and professional! Official Leaflet indicates best time for 2nd jab is 28 days later however NHS says 8 weeks - not the pharmacies fault of course. Highly recommend to go here! Very well stocked in beauty products too
