This was a particularly difficult journey for us due to our injuries and John our driver was considerate and compassionate throughout. I simply cannot rate this company highly enough. Just got home from a long journey with Nick from Northants to London with my wife and two children after breaking down. Nicks approach to his work is brilliant: he called up to check what car we might need; he let us know hed arrive early; he helped with all our stuff (there was a lot) and after I told him that my daughter gets a bit carsick he clearly drove smoothly and carefully to make sure shed be alright. It was a stressful situation after the breakdown but hes just clearly a very caring man and he holds that as part of his company
