We've only been using Kirby Taxis/Cars to take our daughter to school and for when my partner doesn't want to drive when we go out for around 5weeks and every driver (except 1) have been absolutely brilliant (especially the one who drives the black Mercedes) She hasn't been late for school once, ,i f anything were always about 15mins early and the drivers never moan about having to wait while I take her into school and wait for the bell to go at 8:45am.

Not like Fosse taxis who we used for around 5years, ,a s she'd be late 9 times out of 10,,t hey'd moan about waiting, ,a nd a few drivers have actually taken us to school and then drove off while I was waiting for our daughter to go into school, , which I'm sure you'd agree is out of order! But I can't rate Kirby enough, , they're professional, , courteous, ,o n time and they don't drive off or moan about waiting! Thank you Kirby you're all amazing!

Driver was late, booked for 11-30am he said it was booked for 11-45 turned up at 11- 50 going from south side of motor way to be picked up, he said he'd been told north side got there on time, but only just. Lovely driver will still use again but just lately you do run late?

Living in anstey Kirby taxis are so convenient being located in Glenfield close by to Morrisons Supermarket. Reasonable prices, careful and polite drivers. I Used Kirby Taxi for the first time this week and what can I say! I had the best taxi driver i think his name was Roland sorry if its wrong but i had a lot of luggage and he helped me load it all in the car and carry it all to my door. He was very friendly and chatty unlike most drivers, he made me feel very welcome, comfortable and safe. He is an asset to that company.
