Ripped off, phoned on New Years Eve for a cab for 5 people and was told they had to send 2 cabs as they didnt have any 6 seaters. Then the 2nd cab they sent was a 7 seater so had to pay 2 x 17 = 34 for a 2 mile trip across town. I called the company and said I was not happy about it, they said they would get back to me but havent done so far. Wont be using them again.

Quick to get to you, have some issues with not checking passenger names as other people have gotten into the taxi for me. I like that I can book online it's very helpful for the anxiety ridden (like myself). Some drivers are lovely, chatty or welcoming. Others can be quite miserable and impatient I use this service a lot.

Over half an hour late had to phone them several times to find out where they were. Ten minutes after the time they were due to pick me my driver was picking someone
else up! When he finaly showed up there was no appologies for being late. Would not recomend this taxi service

Driver asked for payment up front which was provided, KLM then took the money from my bank account despite the fact that my card wasn't saved for payment, only for authentication. They have since told me that there is likely nothing that can be done. I'd recommend avoiding this taxi service from now on as they have no control over their drivers.

Brilliant customer service from call centre staff (only reason I gave 2 stars). However just had a driver give me the middle finger, stopping traffic to do so on a busy high street, in his branded cab. Would not recommend for that reason.
