Driver was early which was great, but as it was a pre booked taxi, I would expect so. Unfortunately the driver experience wasnt great, as we had 3 children to get in and belted up. However the driver deemed that once we were in the vehicle it was ok to start driving off before our 11month old in a child seat wasnt strapped in, and neither our 3 year old, to which we asked him to wait whilst we did so.

One of my biggest hates, is being called to tell your late when you are already late. Taxi was booked for 11.15. I was then called at 11.20 to tell me its going to be late I can tell the time. Then to be told its ten minutes away but looked on app to tell me its 20 minutes away. Not exactly great service
