Great service, great value frames, will definitely buy more from MFA. When ordering the lady took time to sort out my best frame option over the phone. My 7 frames arrived in 2.5 business days to Scotland. Extremely well packed, with care. Little hand written note pointing out where the hanging kits were, a great personal touch. Itemised Invoice and payment receipt included. The frames are excellent, great finish, nice mounts and glass cover, for less cost than comparable on line. Highly recommend MFA.

Received 2 frames and mounts which I ordered following recommendations on the internet. The frames are finished to a very high quality and Im absolutely delighted with them. The mounts were adjusted slightly to fit my picture sizes, and fit perfectly. Very well secured packaging, and quick delivery service too. Thank you for a super product. Highly recommend.

I first bought frames when this company used to come to Kirkcaldy. However that stopped but I still phone them and place my order in this way . I find the owner so lovely and helpful we sometimes have a wee chit chat too . The frames arrive within a few days VERY well packaged and are always to a high standard . I can personally recommend this company

I would not recommend this place for framing tapestries as I was very disappointed with the result and had to take it elsewhere to have it done again. Despite this I was still charged for the service! I would not have given any star rating but have to in order to post review!

I have never been spoken to so badly, in all my life. This man calling himself the owner, is a real nasty piece of work. He put the phone down on me twice, and when I asked why, he said he had a shop full of customers and an order of 500 frames to do and hadn't got time to wait around for me getting my measurements. On the first occasion of meeting this member of staff, he was obnoxious with me. This was when I asked for four prints to be mounted, that had cost me 100 pounds. When I got home and unwrapped them I found he had given me the materials to mount them for myself and had not actually
