The Empire Cafe and Bakery, with the Upper Crust Function rooms has been established in Newbury since the 1920's and is one of the oldest Family businesses in the town. Known for our lardy cakes and celebration cakes we continue to bake bread and cakes freshly on the premises everyday. The Empire Cafe is also known for our range of celebration, wedding and birthday cakes.
