The Personal Group Fitness Classes are designed and delivered to allow for a group of up to SIX FRIENDS, to train together in privacy. KETTLE BELLS :- A small weight is used to perform various toning helping with balance power and muscle. LEGS, BUMS & TUMS:- Mixed class for Male and Female members shaping and toning the leg, bum and tummy.
