The Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner is an independent public body responsible for ensuring that all immigration advisers fulfil the requirements of good practice. The OISC is also responsible for regulating immigration advisers in accordance with the Commissioner's Code of Standards and Rules (pdf).

We charge a fixed fee 150 to advise you on a one-off basis during a consultation (either in person or on the telephone). This fee includes detailed advice in writing to you after the consultation. If you decide that you would like to instruct us to submit an application on your behalf, we would, in almost all cases quote a fixed fee for that work.
