AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I strongly urge anyone thinking of using Frances Lindsay & Co to not; if you do please instruct an independent solicitor to review their terms and conditions. This firm will not represent you, but only themselves. The bad reputation that solicitors have is because of firms like this one. I called them out on their ways of practice (which included lying to me). I confirmed the lie when I contacted the courts myself, and the court had returned the paperwork to Francis Lindsay & Co 6 weeks prior hadn't heard anything from them since. They decided to break ties with me rather
