Do not use this company if you are dealing with a bereavement, they lack sympathy and compassion, not what you need in a time of grief.

We've recently used the services of Carr Richards and all I can say is never again! The expression Customer Service does not exist in this company's vocabulary. No Please, no Thank you. We were made feel like intruders and at one point I was even told by Michael Richards that he didn't have time to do certain things as he was a very busy man dealing with other cases. We paid over 500 for the service (not including the third party costs) and we were told that we had to follow up the Help-to-Buy agent ourselves.
AVOID!
