I've just phoned up for a conveyancing quote and was immediately put off by the lady who answered the phone. Before she would put me through she asked for my name, phone number and an email address. I gave her my name but preferred for the rest of my personal data to remain with me. She explained that she needed my number in case the call got disconnected and when I at first tried to explain why I would prefer just to be put through without parting with my other details, she cut in to tell me she was trying to explain why they need those details. Suffice to say I will try elsewhere.

We've used Labrums for two different house purchases and they have been brilliant on both occasions. They are extremely efficient, respond to emails quickly and always pick up the phone. They are also very thorough and picked up on several points that previous solicitors had not. It's nice to know your solicitor has everything under control and we've heard of lots of nightmares with other solicitors in the area! I can't recommend Labrums highly enough, I would recommend them to anyone.
